Backups

SafePass performs nightly, encrypted backups of our infrastructure. Backups are GPG encrypted and stored on protected cloud storage. Backups are retained for 30 days.

You may perform manual backups of your vault and collections. Manual backups are not encrypted and passwords will be stored in plain text.

  1. Log into the webvault https://vault.safepass.dev
  2. Click on "tools"
  3. CLick on "Export Vault"

SafePass cannot restore a lost or forgotten master password
